Home Trials (THANE & MULUND CITY ONLY) :-

Home Trial Service is available only for Thane & Mulund residents , we will plan to expand in other areas soon.

Timing Slot for Home Trials :-

Monday to Friday :- Slot 1 (11am to 1pm) / Slot 2 (4pm to 7pm)

Saturday & Sunday :- Slot 1(11am to 1pm) / Slot 2 (3pm to 5pm)

SOUNDTECH can change the date or time of audition in unavoidable situation and the affected customer will be contacted by our Team for the next available slot.

Payment :-

Choose payment options like Cash at Home/Swipe Card at Home.

Online Credit/Debit Card option coming soon.

Home Trial works on First come First Serve bases.

Although we ask you for your preferred Date & TIme, we just have one unit of each product available for home trial. So there may be a case when your selected product will not be available at your selected Time Slot, But not to worry our Team will get in touch with you and help you block next available slot.

In any situation Decision taken by our Team will be final and won't change under any circumstances.

If the client Opts for COD or Swipe at Home, Client needs to make the payment before our Team starts the setup for Home Audition.

What happens to the Amount Paid for the Home Trial :-

Customer will get A Cash voucher of the same amount which they have paid for Home Trial & If customer decideds to buy the system than the amount paid by them will be adjusted in the Final Bill amount.

Home Trial Cash Voucher:-

1. 2000/- Cash Voucher can be redeemable on Bill Amount of Above 20,000/-
2. 5000/- Cash Voucher can be redeemable on Bill Amount of above 50,000/-
3. 10,000/- Cash Voucher can be redeemable on Bill Amount of Above 1,00,000/-
